What should I do? I am a manager, I make $ 30,000, I know I deserve more than that.?

I work across the enterprise. I am currently the CEO of the company. I have authority, which means that all courses needed to be in this position I have. I moved to this position. I am in no way benefit from being here. I love where I work, the only thing that keeps me here is the opportunity. I'm late on bills, I can not catch up, I do that should not be the case. So then I go to my employer and show my bills, car payments, food expenses, mortgage maintenece, what I do. I do not want to go where Beck I come from, but I do not enjoy being here. $ 30,000 is not much when I make just maybe home $ 800.00 every two weeks. Car payment is $ 485.00, $ 495.00 mortgage is $ 300.00 debt consolidation, not to mention food, car maintenance, bills, AS SHOULD I DO? Please think I F This was what you made more of a ……

Your employer does not care about your expenses. The only something that your employer should care about and the value you add to the company. Thus, the only effective way to seek an increase is to demonstrate that your value is greater than your compensation. Simple as that. You have to see from your point of view of employers, not yours. I know that is difficult, but it's the only way. Forget your bills and personal constraints.
